NoSE 2016 Tour Report
NoSE 2016 successfully finished in Warsaw today. The 4th Nordic Systems Engineering Tour was again a great event. The tour speakers started in Helsinki at Monday, headed then to Stockholm at Tuesday, Copenhagen Wednesday (in collaboration with the Systems Engineering Spring School), Hamburg at Thursday and finally Warsaw. Each location was enriched by talks of local speakers.
I had the pleasure to be a local speaker at two locations: Hamburg and Warsaw. If you were not at any of the events, you definitely have missed something. You have also good talks at other conferences, but NoSE is a very community-oriented and personal event. I have learned many people at the NoSE events and we are still in good contact.
No time to be sad: after the tour is before the tour. Shortly we will discuss the plans for NoSE 2017 in the organizing team. And in autumn, we are in discussion to do a tour special for Systems Engineering in Healthcare – a tour for life.
A very very big thanks to our tour speakers: Paul, Peter, Bo, and Mike! They did a great job. Exciting presentations until the last show. And you can imagine that the tour is exhaustive. You find the abstracts of their talks on the NoSE webpage: NoSE Conference Program 2016. Also a big thank to all the local organizers of the tour.
Sorry for those readers who like to read more profound things about NBSE. Will something about that next time.
